NinetyEight6 Return Policy

100% fit guarantee:

We want you to love your NinetyEight6 tennis wear. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it for a full refund within 30 days. The return window for purchases made between November 1 and December 31 is extended to 60 days, for the holidays. Please send all returns/exchanges back to our warehouse. The address can be found in the top left corner of the packing slip that came with your order.

We only put new items back on the shelf:

All returned items must be in new condition. Product that shows visible signs of use, including scuffs, scratches, stains, or tears is not eligible for return. If you received an item in any of the conditions listed above, please reach out to us , and we will make it right for you.

Keep the tags on:

Please keep tags on the items you would like to return. If the tags were accidentally removed while you tried on the gear, please include the tags in your return package.

Exchanges:

You have the option to select a direct exchange for the same item, in a different size. If you would like to exchange an item for a different color, style, or product, we recommend selecting store credit. Store credit is issued directly to your NinetyEight6 account. You can then log in to place a new order and apply the store credit at checkout.
